You have 14 days to return a part of or the full order placed on www.rabenssaloner.com
This applies to full-price items as well as items on sale.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to return or exchange an item, or if something is wrong with your item, please visit our return portal via the QR code below. You can also find a link to the return portal in your order confirmation.
You will find your return label in the return portal. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. Remember to get a receipt when you hand in the package. A return label fee of 8 EUR will be deducted when we refund your package.
WHAT CAN CAUSE A RETURN TO BE DENIED
You return the items too late according to our terms and conditions or the items are not in the same condition as when you received it/them.
REFUND
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process it as soon as possible. When we have processed your return, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of the returned item(s) will be returned to your account using the original method of payment. Therefore, please note that it may take 2-30 days for the amount to reach your account, depending on your card provider.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please start by checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@rabenssaloner.com
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In the case of a purchase involving multiple items ordered in one order and delivered separately (i.e., in separate deliveries), the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the last item.
The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your return before the withdrawal period has expired.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you cancel your entire order or part of it.
If you refuse to accept your order or fail to pick it up from the ParcelShop, you will still be charged a return handling fee of 8 EUR when we refund your order.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payment for the relevant order. If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction will be made from your refund to reflect this loss in value.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your return. The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that you have sent them back. We recommend keeping your receipt as proof of return shipment.
Please note again that shipping costs are not refunded if you withdraw from your purchase or part of it.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
If the item has been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, and this results in a decrease in value, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount will depend on the commercial value of the item and, in some cases, you may only be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
