RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

You have 14 days to return a part of or the full order placed on www.rabenssaloner.com
This applies to full-price items as well as items on sale.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
If you wish to return or exchange an item, or if something is wrong with your item, please visit our return portal via the QR code below. You can also find a link to the return portal in your order confirmation.
You will find your return label in the return portal. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop. Remember to get a receipt when you hand in the package. A return label fee of 8 EUR will be deducted when we refund your package.
*Unfortunately, we are not able to provide our US and UK customers with a return label.
Kindly return your parcel at your own expense, and remember to get a receipt.

WHAT CAN CAUSE A RETURN TO BE DENIED
You return the items too late according to our terms and conditions or the items are not in the same condition as when you received it/them.
REFUND
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process it as soon as possible. When we have processed your return, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of the returned item(s) will be returned to your account using the original method of payment. Therefore, please note that it may take 2-30 days for the amount to reach your account, depending on your card provider.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS? If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Often it can take a little while before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@rabenssaloner.com .
WHEN WILL A RETURN NOT BE APPROVED?
If you return too late, you have not attached a proof/receipt of your purchase or the item(s) are not in the same condition as when you received it/them.
