Our all-time favourite western boots – the western zip boot. Wear them with any outfit – summer or winter – to bring a splash of edge and rock n’ roll.
Our western boots are handmade in Spain in a traditional factory specialised in authentic western boots. This shows in the high shaft, the solid leather and the strong quality made to last. The boots feature a zipper closing and a pointed toe.
Notice, like a real western boot the leather will appear stiff in the beginning but will soften quickly after wear in order to fit your shape perfectly. They are true to size - go for the size you would choose normally. However, keep in mind that it fits narrow to the ankle

The florentic leather has the characteristic of being particularly resistant to rubbing, even though it is a leather that requires certain care.
To keep the leather of the boots in good condition, clean the outside of the boot with a slightly damp cloth. This way, you will remove the dust and dirt easily. Then moisturise the leather with a thin layer of shoe polish or cream. Let it dry and brush off any cream/polish that may remain. The intensity of the brushing will determine the final shine.

You have 14 days to return a part of or the full order placed on www.rabenssaloner.com.
HOW TO DO A RETURN?
If you wish to return an item(s), please follow the steps:
1) Mark the reason for return on the item list. It's on the invoice you received with your order.
2) Attach your return form together with the item and use the original packaging. The return form is your receipt and proof of your purchase.
3) Send the parcel to:

Please note: If you a non-EU residence, then make sure to attach the return form on the outside of your parcel next to the shipping label.
When you hand in your return item remember to ask for a receipt with a package number. This is your insurance if the package gets lost.
SWAP FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
Once we have received your returned parcel, we will process it as soon as possible. When we have processed your return, you will be notified by e-mail. The amount of the returned item(s) will be returned to your account using the original method of payment. Therefore, please note that it may take 2-30 days for the amount to reach your account, depending on your card provider.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You return too late, you have not attached a proof/receipt of your purchase or the items are not in the same condition that you received it/them.
